We are using Cerberus in our company. I am testing some open source features and one of them is the OpenSearch connector (http://www.opensearch.org/Home). I am trying to find or create a connector for Cerberus Helpdesk.... But I didn't find information about that on your site or using google. If someone have an idea how to do that, can he help me?
